The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing country product category to deliver and ensuring Company Professional brands are presented to the market place in line with Global expectations.
This position reports directly to Marketing Director and has one Assistant Brand Manager reporting directly to this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage new/upgrade product release including implementing marketing strategies, developing media communication activity and leading product launch event.
Provide consulting support to enable the implementation of the product portfolio (mix) to support business strategy.
Provide recommendations to the development and execution of local promotion activities to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
Develop and execute local Trade Advertising.
Manage appropriate market research activities including: industry analysis; end user insight; and competitor activity.
Recommend new product idea and provide recommendations to enable enhancements or changes to existing product offerings.
Recommend pricing strategies for existing/new products and monitor and review of product cost and pricing.
Determine accurate and appropriate Stock levels and provide consulting support to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Logistics for accurate sales forecasts.
Coordinate production priorities with mills and ensure KCP get their fair share of production.
Follow up and resolve customer complaints pertaining to quality and supply issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years in brand management/ development or related experiences is a plus.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
High attention to detail.
Initiative idea.
Process and outcome focused.
Thai Nationality only.
