Responsibilities:
Lead overall brand strategy development while overseeing implementation of communication campaigns and innovation initiatives
Provide local market insight regarding country consumer fit with positioning to Sector
Provide input for regional consumer insights and approve research plan to address country consumer knowledge gap
Builds and leverages external market and internal insights that informs commercial execution in an effort to create and capture customer value
Partners with Advertising (local), Promotions and Media agencies
Leads marketing initiatives (Innovation/Renovation/ Product Changes) in support of driving a profitable P&L
Develop team capability specifically focused on digital transformation by encouraging hands-on approach to digital media planning and creative development, rolling out tools to facilitate day-to-day exposure to digital metrics, and implementing learning programs to supplement / augment digital understanding
Lead investment planning and budget optimization to support business growth at the most efficient spend levels
Advance organizational consumer understanding via research investment and tools planning, develop insighting tools at minimum cost, and setting KPIs to drive consumer business insights
Manage digital marketing operations covering CRM and 1st party data expansion, leveraging on data analytics, designing media mix models, rolling out A/B testing programs, and supporting E-Commerce expansion
Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve Marketing capability
SKU Portfolio Management - Approve SKU line-up; where do not manufacture, work with sector to obtain optimum SKU mix
Develop and manage the annual country Consumer Advertising and Promotion Budget
Endorse pricing strategy recommendation gain sector approval and regional management approval and ensure country pricing in alignment with sector strategy
Develop employees to their full potential through Performance Management coaching, appropriate training and education, goal setting and career development
Qualifications:
Master Degree in Business Administrations or related field
At least 10 years experiences in marketing, branding, activation, consumer research, new product development and digital marketing
Strong in investment, budget planning and data-analysis
Hands-on but strategic thinking
Thai nationality only
