Purpose of Function:

To coordinate development of communications and sales marketing plans, ensure alignment across functions, and execute C&SM activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Communications and sales marketing planning and reporting

  • Coordinate development of C&SM plans (or Operative Marketing Plans) with Marketing teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives and goals (e.g. specific concept or content to be promoted, number of target audience reached, number of sales leads identified)

  • Report results of C&SM plans and tactics, obtain feedback from target audience (customers and partners), and provide recommendations for improvements

• Communications strategies and guidelines alignment

  • Coordinate with ASEAN Marketing and AAA C&SM teams to ensure communications strategy and concept guidelines alignment

  • Maintain Draeger corporate image according to corporate design guidelines

  • Participate in the development of event management and ensure fit of global concept to global requirement

• C&SM activities management

  • Coordinate with Marketing teams, Sales teams, partners and suppliers to execute C&SM activities including: marketing events, advertising, direct mailing and emailing campaigns, social media and search engine marketing, and company website updates and search engine optimization

  • Manage budgets from Country C&SM plans (or Operative Marketing Plans)

  • Handover leads to Sales Teams and store marketing contacts from C&SM activities

• Marketing materials management

  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop or adapt marketing materials including: brochures, flyers, advertisements, giveaways, web pages

  • Organize, prepare, and track usage of marketing materials
