Job Description:

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall P&L of our Thailand entity. You will lead the design and delivery of the Company’s ongoing strategy on operations, standard operating procedures, and compliance. You’ll also be developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board. This role reports to the Group CEO.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business strategies, strengthen standard operating procedures and plans for the company in Thailand, aimed towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.

  • Set comprehensive business goals for performance and growth.

  • Oversee daily company operations and put in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.

  • Proactively explore & tap business collaborations with local and international valued clienteles, agencies and financial institutions, to add value into The company CMS’s growth strategy.

  • Establish strong rapport with related to government agencies, private entities and business collaborators in promoting Company services.

  • Proactively evaluate company and people’s performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

  • Expertly manage positive relationship with market players in financial investment, new financial portfolios and debts acquisition.

  • Enthusiastically participate in business expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliance relevant to the Company business initiatives).

  • Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees.

  • Assume full accountability to the board for all company operations.

  • Take lead on building and maintaining an effective executive team.

  • Experience in setting up operations from start will be advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred; MBA will be highly preferred.

  • A minimum of 12+ years’ experience in collections at a financial institution or other third-party collection company (advantage).

  • A minimum of 5 years’ management or supervisory level experience with proven abilities of effectively leading a team.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading a P&L.

  • Have some experience in dealing with regulatory reporting in Asset sale.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, reason, solve problems, and prioritize work independently.

  • Par excellence communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Thai nationality.
