Job Description:

As a General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of retail locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the stores by ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and team performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and expanding the business in Thailand and managing the P&L for the brand’s retail operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Setup and Expansion:

  • Lead the setup and establishment of new stores in Thailand.

  • Develop and implement expansion strategies to grow the brand’s presence in the Thai market.


Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure efficient and effective operational performance across all locations.

  • Ensure the stores operate efficiently and profitably.

  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Oversee supply chain management and logistics.

  • Foster a positive work environment and build strong team morale.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.


Team Leadership:

  • Set up new team by recruiting, training, and mentor staffs.

  • Foster a positive work environment and build strong team morale.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the store’s budget.

  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.

  • Implement strategies to achieve financial targets.


Marketing and Sales:

  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Engage with the local community to enhance brand presence.


P&L Management:

  • Oversee the P&L for the brand retailing operations.

  • Analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize profitability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail or food service industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Good command in English and Thai.
