Position Overview:

Our client, a leading global consumer healthcare company, is creating a new E-Commerce Manager role to strengthen and accelerate sales across digital and e-commerce channels. This position will be fully responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy, driving online sales performance, and building strong partnerships with key digital platforms.


This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of the e-commerce business and strong visibility across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and market share.

  • Own the P&L performance of e-commerce channels, including revenue, profitability, and promotional effectiveness.

  • Manage key e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g. brand.com, marketplaces, quick commerce where applicable).

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, content optimization, and online visibility.

  • Work closely with supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure stock availability, pricing, and promotions.

  • Analyze sales performance, shopper behavior, and campaign results to optimize conversion and growth.

  • Lead negotiations and relationship management with e-commerce partners and platforms.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement in online customer experience and execution excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online commercial roles.

  • Experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and performance analytics.

  • Experience working with major e-commerce platforms and cross-functional teams.

  • Commercially driven, data-oriented, and results-focused.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
