Report to Marketing Manager
Analyse market data to understand dynamics & unmet needs
Formulate and submit marketing plan, including promotion programs and budget of assigned products on a yearly basis.
Provide in- depth market/industry data and competitive analysis and positioning.
Develop innovative marketing programs and event campaigns.
Develop core positioning and messaging for the brands/portfolios and launch communication tools.
Review, monitor and control all promotion/ advertising/donation expenses for assigned brands
Coordinate with Sales Management to implement promotional activities.
Initiate, develop, and conduct training programs concerning company products to internal customers and align with market dynamic.
Integrate and update product data and references continuously by coordinating or requesting data from region, global or external parties.
Undertake field visits on a regular basis to collect market information and maintain engagement with key stakeholders and related associations.
Coordinate with Regulatory Manager for new products registration or on relevant issues e.g. Clinical trial and IIR study etc. to ensure alinement.
Monitor production schedules for monthly safety stock.
Perform other duties and handle special assignments given by superior.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
Women’s and Men’s Health experience and MBA are advantages.
3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in multinational pharmaceutical company
Good communication in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good in analytical and creative thinking
Possess good presentation skills
Advanced computer literacy
