The role of the National Sales Manager is crucial as the company advances, taking on a pivotal position in shaping overall sales objectives, goals, and revenue across all teams. This position involves leading the sales team, overseeing the expansion of the product portfolio in the Thailand market, and targeting specific channels to attain sales targets and fulfill other strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of all plans and strategies aimed at developing the business and surpassing the company's sales goals.
Contribute to the formulation of the sales plan, generate forecasts, and produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for the Country Manager. These will be utilized in organizational planning, financial projections, budget establishment, and strategic planning.
Play an active role in the development of budgets and programs, collaborating with other functional heads to steer the business towards achieving company objectives.
Formulate, implement, and evaluate key growth sales strategies and plans tailored for various channels and key stakeholders. This ensures successful in-market sales execution aligned with marketing strategies.
Streamline essential processes, establish and design sales operation requirements, ensuring the effective execution and tracking of sales operations and expenditures while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Foster and maintain open communication channels among management, other departments, and the sales team to facilitate the smooth execution of business plans and strategies.
Ensure access to market intelligence for a comprehensive understanding of sales management and business dynamics. Develop insightful strategies and action plans to address in-market opportunities. Provide advice, recommendations, and set sales benchmarks.
Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring customer relationships.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical
Minimum 7 years in sales management level
Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with decisive action planning and execution ability.
Proven track records of sales management with people management
Good command of English
Thai nationality
