Responsibilities:
Perform full accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that they comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements
Ensure accurate and timely financial reports of both the Statutory and Corporate
Deal with internal and external auditors in the auditing of accounting activities of the Company.
Manage and control direct and indirect tax for the company, deals with the tax authorities related to the tax matters, actively advise on tax matters.
Provides company by principal on a regular basis with analysis and recommendation.
Ensures the company’s financial reporting abides by local news, as well as aligns with regional guideline and schedule.
Provides financial information/ analysis in various aspects to management for decision making including KPIs development.
Participates in business review to identify cause of over or under performance and come up with action plan to accelerate profitability.
Ensures the internal control of each area is put in place and being followed up.
Recruits, evaluates, coaches and ensures the continuous competency development of Finance & Accounting team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years in Accounting, Finance/Management Accounting with at least 3-5 years in management level.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Computer literate, good command of spoken and written English.
Thai nationality only.
