Support HR Director to formulate HR strategy and related HR policy to ensure expected business performance and people priorities.
Monitor organization effectiveness by controlling job analyses, job evaluation, and job family in relations the company’s business and operating models
Operate workforce analyses and headcount planning to ensure the targeted personnel cost and align with target operating model.
Manage reward management, including compensation & benefits scheme, competitiveness, cost controlling to ensure effectiveness of the reward management.
Manage performance management, including performance measures, performance review, and performance-based rewards to drive organizational productivity and performance-driven cultures.
Manage the process of career management include career promotion and career architecture to ensure the sufficient talent pipeline of operating business
Recommend related HR parties of HR process improvement and automation in relations to improving HR process effectiveness and related HR functional performance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
5-8 years of experience functioning as an HR professional
Prior FMCG recruitment experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to tie strategic sourcing solutions to business imperatives and talent agenda
Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding.
Must possess the ability to influence as a strategic consultant
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
