We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client’s company. This is a newly created position to establish HR functions and the successful candidate will play a key role in building and shaping our HR department from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Stay up to date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
Collaborate with senior leaders to create and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with experience in both operational and strategic HR
Hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Thai nationality
