Job Purpose
To develop and manage all HR Processes for the Thailand Office, ensuring effective employee selection, motivation, development and staffing, and through effective coordination with other Country Leaderships ensure the company Values/ Cultures are reflected in Country HR Processes. Working with the regional HR Leader to develop and manage all HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Shape HR Strategies and practices that maximize human capital
Partner business leaders to define and deliver HR initiatives including Talent Development, change management, diversity & inclusion to achieve organization objectives.
Manage headcount and workforces costs
Lead the performance management process
Ensure adherence to the relevant labour and employment law and, when necessary, manage labour relations, including relations with external labour organizations
Manage intra-Country communication, especially around HR- sensitive issues (value advancement, motivation, etc.).
Lead shared service team in driving HR operational excellence and synergies across the various business divisions.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including standardize of policies & procedures, staffing, C&B management & expatriate management.
Qualifications:
University Degree graduated in business or management preferred HR professional specialization ideal
Extensive experiences in HR roles (+10 years), including significant HR Leadership at MNCs
Significant record of managing processes related to employee selection, development, retention, and motivation as well as labour relations
Excellent communication in English/Thai
Excellent presentation skills
Thai nationality
