About the Role:

The HRBP Director serves as a strategic partner to the Sales function, providing proactive, insight-driven HR leadership to enhance business performance and people development. The role also leads the HRBP team in delivering talent solutions, workforce planning, organizational development, and engagement initiatives aligned with company and departmental goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business transformation and growth.

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational agility.

  • Drive a performance-based culture and employee engagement.

  • Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

  • Strengthen learning and development frameworks to build capabilities.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and foster a culture of belonging.

  • Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant.

  • Manage people-related risks, including employee relations, pay equity, and legal compliance.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align HR practices with business needs.

  • Represent HR in senior leadership forums and governance meetings.

  • Lead and coach a team of two HR Business Partners to ensure high-quality support and alignment with HR strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • 10–15+ years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, L&D, or Employee Engagement.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG preferred).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Strong leadership, discipline, and results orientation.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, processes, and employee relations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Business-savvy with strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
