Job Summary: The HR Executive will support the HR department in various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

    • Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

  • Employee Relations

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.

    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing grievances.

    • Promote a positive work environment and ensure company policies are adhered to.

  • HR Administration

    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Prepare and update HR documents, including employment contracts and employee handbooks.

    • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Training and Development

    • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.

    • Support career development initiatives and employee engagement activities.

  • Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    • Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.

  • Good command of English and computer skills (MS-Office programs).
