Lead financial strategy and planning for SEA, aligning business goals with financial targets. Oversee the SEA value creation plan, operating plan, and performance reporting. Co-pilot central functions (Marketing, eCommerce, Supply, P&O) to enhance strategic capabilities, resource allocation, and cost efficiency across the value chain.
Key responsibilities:
Lead SEA financial planning and target setting, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Drive performance reviews, investor reporting, and S&OP+ processes with insightful financial analysis.
Manage and develop a high-performing Finance team.
Strengthen demand planning through strategic resource allocation and profitability analysis.
Enhance cost competitiveness via SRM, Value Leadership, reinvention programs, and overhead controls.
Ensure governance and compliance while fostering strong cost management and planning discipline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including FP&A or Finance Co-pilot roles.
Global or regional finance experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
