Responsibilities:
Study the market, identify investment opportunities
Evaluation of potential investment opportunities, through due diligence, including financial modelling and preparation of investment proposals.
Assist in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation
Monitor of portfolio investments and executing value creation plan
Prepare narrative and presentation material of the investment projects and/or present to management or Board of Directors
Perform post-natal and/or post investment review and analysis.
Support other department in performing analysis or other company’s project
Perform any other assignment as requested by management
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of work experience in private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting, preferably with solid financial modeling and valuation expertise
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Strong business and investment acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personality
