FP&A Manager (ASEAN)

Job Description:

The FP&A Manager will have the primary responsibility of supervising and managing the FP&A department, specially supporting the ASEAN regional. The core role involves consolidating and scrutinizing finance data, creating integrated revenue/expense analyses, developing accurate predictions, and generating comprehensive reports.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the analysis of complex financial data, deriving key insights, and assessing the company’s overall financial performance, including revenues, margins, expenses, and capital expenditures.

  • Adhere to a tight control environment which abides by the company’s previously defined internal control framework.

  • Take the lead in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. Create advanced financial models and conduct scenario analysis to guide essential corporate decisions.

  • Actively collaborate with various departments, orchestrate the collection of pertinent financial data, establish standard reporting parameters, and foster a companywide understanding of crucial financial metrics.

  • Oversee financial variance analysis and deliver comprehensive interpretations to aid the management team in making informed decisions.

  • Verify that all financial reporting aligns with company policies and statutory requirements Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and oversee their implementation in the company’s reporting practices.

  • Lead special projects that require financial expertise or analysis. Be proactive in acquiring additional responsibilities beyond routine work to demonstrate initiative and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

  • Proven experience in financial reporting.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • 2+ years in a people management role.

  • Proven experience as a Lead or similar role.

  • English required.

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Customer service oriented, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP software and FP&A systems is a plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge.
