Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company authority and audit requirements.
Maintain integrity of accounting system and to ensure it remains effective and operational at all times.
Ensure monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers.
Ensure the accurate preparation / reporting of monthly financial results in strict accordance with Company deadlines.
Analyze business performance/results for the company and provide feedback to General Manager, Business Unit Directors and CFO.
Ensure monthly accruals are adjusted to meet demands of the business.
Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets including operational and capital expenditure budgets.
Ensure that debtors of the company are closely monitored and collections are consistent with set company time frames.
On a monthly basis monitor and track the company debtors to ensure they are consistent with contract conditions.
Provide fully support, lead and motivate the management and staff in the departments under the responsibility of the Senior Financial Controller.
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
Strong command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
At least 10 years in accounting / financial role and in feasibility study, with 8 years in management level with international business exposure.
Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure and coordinating work.
