The Commercial Finance Manger will report to a Finance Director and act as a business partner to the Head of Sales and respective sales function in our business.
Business Partnering – Partner Head of Sales and respective National and Independents sales teams to drive sales results and performance relative to our plans and targets. Leader in our monthly and quarterly performance reviews along with forward forecasting business processes.
Revenue Growth Management – Own the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for Thailand with our marketing, sales and finance teams to deliver optimized net sales value objectives.
Trade Spend Optimization – Building annual trade spend plans aligned with RGM strategy across trade spend discount depths, promotional tactics and sales mix across national and independent customers. Partnering sales to optimize our trade spend budgets through timely and accurate reporting, value adding actionable insights and in-depth analytics as required.
Process Improvement – Champion, lead and continuously improve our business processes by reviewing our tools, systems, reporting and capabilities to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
People – Proactively identifying learning and development opportunities across variety of business stakeholders and playing leading role in executing robust plans to raise acumen.
Minimum 7 years working experience, 3 years in financial analysis or commercial finance.
Bachelor degree’s in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and related fields.
Strong in analytical and Excel skills.
Good command of English.
Experience in FMCG industry will be preferred.
