Factory: Laem Chabang, Chon Buri
We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for leading and managing our accounting and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in a publicly traded company.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures that comply with generally accepted accounting principles and relevant regulations.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage the annual audit process and ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements and other SEC filings.
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure professional growth and development.
Evaluate and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Stay up to date on regulatory and accounting changes and ensure that the company's financial reporting practices remain compliant and best-in-class.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in a publicly traded company and a strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
