Senior Manager, Procurement -Logistics and Warehouse

Our client is one of the biggest international E-Commerce company.


  • A dynamic role and requires individual to handle assignments in fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Implement, manage & execute strategic category management and processes in the logistics and warehousing categories including MRO, MHE, warehouse and fleet consumables, constructions, facilities management and logistics.

  • Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, execute bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team

  • Support the development and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies (maximizing the Company’s cost reduction opportunities in various purchasing activities)

  • Implement, update and maintain Purchasing strategy and policies

  • Execute & manage day to day order fulfillment request from internal customer and follow up on the purchasing matters including delivery planning & dispute resolution.

  • To maximize the company’s cost reduction opportunities in various purchasing activities with the best possible terms and condition

  • Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies.

  • Assist in the development of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers.

  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, finance and accounting.

  • Support all other purchasing tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or category management in the field of logistics and warehousing categories including MRO, MHE, warehouse and fleet consumables, constructions and facilities management.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.

  • Good communication in Thai and English

  • Opened minded with can-do attitude and teamwork spirit

  • Working knowledge in business/systems processes

  • Knowledge in contract law will be advantageous

  • High level & detailed category strategy development.

  • In-depth knowledge of agency types, processes and basic workings.

  • Sophisticated project management skills, Results & Process oriented.

  • Able to balance and manage priorities.

  • Autonomy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

  • Confident and able to push back when appropriate, escalate when needed.
