Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Group Chief People Officer to lead the HR strategies and transformation. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving organizational change, fostering a culture of excellence, and enhancing employee engagement across all levels of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership throughout the organization, leading a team to drive initiatives including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, project planning and change management.

  • Drive culture development initiatives and foster a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

  • Align and deliver a people strategy to support the company’s growth and organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement a human resources plan that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization.

  • Introduce innovative best practices and policies that meet the full range of organization needs and contribute to building a high-performing culture.

  • Support talent development efforts by identifying development opportunities for employees.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify development solutions and execute organization-wide development programs and initiatives.

  • Build professional relationships with business leaders, providing expertise in workforce planning and retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive development initiatives that contribute to overall business success.

  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Lead business process redesign and transformation efforts to optimize HR efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide regular status reporting on HR initiatives, business goal-setting progress, and talent development efforts to executive leadership.

  • Ensure transparent communication and alignment of HR strategies with broader organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices and employment laws.

  • Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

  • Experience leading transformation projects and change management initiatives in complex organizational environments.

  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics tools preferred.
