  • Initiate and lead the HR transformation projects.

  • Plan and implement HR strategies to ensure that they are aligned with business strategies.

  • Drive Talent Development, Performance Management, and Talent Review.

  • Work as a Business Partner with the MD to provide guidance on HR aspects.

  • Minimum 15 years in management level in HR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • FMCG with manufacturing facility or Retail experience is preferred.

  • Result oriented, strategic thinking and ready to get their hands dirty.

  • Strong in communication and team management.

  • Thai nationality.
