Initiate and lead the HR transformation projects.
Plan and implement HR strategies to ensure that they are aligned with business strategies.
Drive Talent Development, Performance Management, and Talent Review.
Work as a Business Partner with the MD to provide guidance on HR aspects.
Minimum 15 years in management level in HR.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
FMCG with manufacturing facility or Retail experience is preferred.
Result oriented, strategic thinking and ready to get their hands dirty.
Strong in communication and team management.
