Head of Finance & Admin (Pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the finance, accounting department including the staff

  • Act as a Business Partner to support the MD in finance aspects.

  • Ensure accounting records are done correctly and on time in compliance with Group GAAP and IFRS

  • Lead the monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting process to submit to Regional and HQ.

  • Maintain and improve guidelines and good practices in internal controls

  • Ensure all the statutory reports, government reports, management reports are submitted accurately in a timely manner

  • Be a contact person for internal auditors, external auditors, and revenue department 

  • The role also includes some Supply Chain, IT and admin responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience as in Finance and Accounting, and 5 years in the Management role

  • Experience working for an MNC companies preferably pharmaceutical or medical devices companies

  • Bachelor degrees in Accounting

  • Experience in audit firm and CPA is preferred

  • Good communication and leadership skill

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Strong cash management skills

  • Highly self-motivated and positive

  • Excellent team player

  • Thai nationality
